Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms govern your use of YouTubeDownloader.net (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. Who we are
YouTubeDownloader.net publishes free browser-based tools relating to YouTube content, together with written guides about downloading and sharing media across online platforms. We are an independent site and are not affiliated with YouTube LLC, Google LLC, or any other platform we write about. See our disclaimer for more.
We do not provide a video downloading service. Our tools handle thumbnails, embed codes and video identifiers only.
2. Permission to use the Site
You may view and use our pages and tools for your own personal or internal business use, and you may share links to them freely. You may not republish our written content as your own, sell access to it, scrape it at scale, or extract our tools and redistribute them as a separate product. We may withdraw this permission if these terms are breached, at which point you must stop using the Site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law or to infringe anyone else’s rights. In particular, you are responsible for ensuring that whatever you do with material obtained through our tools or guides complies with copyright law in your country and with the terms of service of the platform the material came from. Thumbnails and video metadata generally belong to the people who created them.
You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, and not to use automated means to hammer our pages.
4. Content ownership
The text, layout, graphics, and tool code on this Site are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
5. No warranties
The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. Online platforms change constantly, and a method described here today may stop working tomorrow.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site — including data loss, device damage, financial loss, or legal consequences. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case those limitations may not apply to you.
7. Links to other sites
We have not reviewed every site we link to and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
8. Advertising
This Site is funded by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks and we do not control or endorse their content. How advertising cookies are used is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Changes to the Site and to these terms
We may add, change or remove pages, tools and features without notice, and we may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to us via our contact page.
